City Council of Oakland Grants Alan a Resolution declaring May 6th Alan Blueford Day during Mental Health Awareness Month

This will ensure the city will be reminded during deposition. Officer Miguel Masso spoke about killing Alan stated “it was the fault of the city of Oakland for hiring him because he had ptsd from the Iraq war.” We do not want this to happen again, all officers need to be mentally fit to serve or not be a police officer.
